In Balance Yoga offers a 15-hour continuing education course in teaching Prenatal Yoga. This training is open to certified yoga instructors, nurses, doulas and childbirth educators. Participants will learn anatomy of the pregnant body, modifications and contraindications for asana practice, breathing techniques to help women prepare for labor, and restorative postures with deep relaxation and visualization to assist in natural childbirth.
